These people are interesting. I had a couple of different people come out and clean windows whom I thought were not very good at all and then I called this one company and I think they were group on or something. I called them and the ladies voice sounded familiar to me. She asked me if I was Kathy Billingham and I said yes. So anyways they came out and cleaned my windows. They said it's their family owned business. They are the best window cleaners and their prices are competitive. In fact they got to call us anyway. Let's see if they can come out and clean my windows. I've also got this big high ceiling stand, it's one of those double paddle things and it's got real dusty over the window. They do window cleaning, gutter cleaning, paddle washing. They are specialists in windows and gutter cleaning. In my last house I always had fighters and bugs that would get on my front light fixtures and they put something on there and sprayed every time they came out and that would keep those bugs away for a long time. Their window cleaning is definitely top notch. They came out last May or June and I’m going to call them right now to get them out here. I know the price is competitive if I want to have just my exterior windows its one price and if I want exterior and interior done it’s a higher price. I have a big house. I have an 8000 square feet, three storeys's including the lock up basement. I'm thinking it was $350 for my exterior and it might have been close to $500 with the interior. I guess I have a very large house and so I have a lot of windows. They are very clean like they didn't leave drips or mess or anything behind. They were fast, efficient, courteous and professional. When I walked down the hallway afterwards I did look out through the window and I didn’t see one single driblet or streak or anything like that. They have been consistently doing high quality work. Their price is competitive. They are just good.

It was good. Actually, we have a different group of guys in here that I don't think it's good as they did the year before because I've called and I wanted the other guys to come for next year. So, it was adequate but they have a team that does better work. But other than that, they were fine. They worked well when I called to say that I was a little disappointed in some of the things. They rectify them immediately and I'll have the regular guys next year. So, even though things weren't perfect, they rectify them. I will use them again next year.

it was a painless process - they showed on time and did the work as was discussed. I could not be happier and would use them again for sure

The work was wonderful. He took his time and made sure he did a thorough job. He even continued to work in the rain and everything looked great when he was done. Our driveway is very white now! Antionette in the office was also very nice and pleasant to speak with. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them in the future.

The Installer was on time, spent 4 hours installing gutter guards. We were always having clogged gutters from tree leaves and pine needles. With what I have paid to have them clean 4 times a year, this installation pays for it in 2 years. ' Also a 10 year warranty , if they clog they will come out and clean. We have had a lot of heavy rain the past week, and wind, no clogs, down spouts drained very well

They job was done correctly. It made a difference. They were very professional and nice.

this company is easy to contact, we made our appointment and get the estimated price very fast. Joe arrived on time. He did terrific job in a very cold and hard raining day! it is very impressive. When Joe did the gutter clean, he put the leaves in the bucket instead of just throwing leaves down. We also had Joe do the inside and out window cleaning, the windows is supreme shining after cleaning, Joe also cleaned all the screens and put them back. We had him to do pressure washing all the white trim and gutters too. The house looks like a new house now even it is more than 20 years older. :-) we would definitely recommend this company for anyone needs gutter clean, window clean and pressure washing.

Joe called ahead of the appointment time to let me know when he would be arriving to clean my windows. He arrived on time, and went straight to work. Joe was very courteous, professional and efficient in his work. I was extremely pleased with the final results. Of all the window cleaning companies I have used, ARC definitely out shines them all!
