Jon at the Apple Valley store has a great selling style. He guide us through making a decision but never put pressure on us. We floated around from model to model comparing features and asking questions. Jon kept up with us as we bounced from one to another, without an ounce of frustration with our indecision. We ended up getting a sweet deal on a new washing machine paired with last year's model dryer for the price of just the washer elsewhere. He also showed us that we could get a 5 year warranty that even included replacement, if necessary, for less than our current CenterPoint plan that only covered the dryer and did not provide for replacement (which we had just experienced when our washer quit). They took our old washer for free which saved us from having to pay a recycler or garbage hauler to take it.

DELIVERY PEOPLE WERE SUPPOSED TO COME BACK SEVERAL DAYS AFTER DELIVERY/INSTALL, BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH INSTALLER''S SCHEDULE FOR REMOVAL OF OLD DISHWASHER. THAT APPLIANCE SAT BY MY DUMPSTER FOR EXTRA WEEK WAITING TO BE PICKED UP WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN REMOVED SAME DAY AS DELIVERY. ALSO, WE DISCOVERED MORE THAN SCRATCH PROBLEMS WITH DISHWASHER THAT WAS NOT DISCLOSED TO US AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. WE ALSO PURCHASED EXTENDED WARRANTY, WHICH WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE PAPERWORK FOR, EVEN THOUGH THE RECIEPT SAYS ''SEE ATTACHED DETAILS.'' WE STILL DON''T KNOW WHO TO CALL FOR SERVICE, IF ITS NEEDED, AS THE STORE MANAGER HAS NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. WOULD LIKE ANGIE''S LIST TO CONTACT THEM ABOUT THEIR LACK OF RESPONSE.
Description of Work: PURCHAED NEW REFRIDGE, DISHWASHER & MICROWAVE/HOOD. ALL APPLIANCES WERE SLIGHTLY SCRATCHED OR DENTED, ALLOWING FOR SUCH LOW PRICES. GOOD SELECTION, BUT SALESMAN, CRAIG RHYNER WAS NOT COMPLETELY HONEST ABOUT EACH APPLIANCES'' PROBLEMS. DISCLAIMER IS THAT CUSTOMERS ARE TOLD TO LOOK OVER THE APPLIANCES ''CLOSELY'' AS YOU GET WHAT YOU PICK OFF THE FLOOR. WE ALSO WORKED WITH THEIR RECOMMENDED INSTALLER, JIM GRACE WHO WAS HELPFUL, BUT WILL STILL NEED TO RETURN TO LEVEL OUT THE DISHWASHER.
