Appliance Repair White Bear Lake

I made an appointment for washing machine repair, and took a vacation day so I could get this done. The repairman was supposed to show between 9a-12p on May 2. He called at 8a, and stated his morning was swamped and asked if I could change my appointment between 3-5p. I said ok. At 4:45p, I called the office as he hadn't come yet, and wondered when he was coming. The operator said he would try to call him to check. After being on hold for a while, he came back and said he was not answering his phone so he must be busy, and he would leave a message having him call me back shortly. At 530p, another man called and said he just talked to the repairman and he would be out shortly. He never showed, and never called. I tried calling again at 645, but got an answering machine. Not a reliable company. I wasted a vacation day.
