$321 for replacing a customer supplied faucet which took his about 30mins of labor. He is nice but expensive.

Had a pipe burst after spending winter in Arizona. Turned on our outside faucet and ended up with water on the hallway floor instead of out the faucet. Called Apple Valley Plumbing and talked to Greg Kranz. Less than an hour later Greg showed up at our door. He explained what it would take to fix the problem, including what needed to be done to minimize the issue of freezing pipes during the winter. He got to work, and an hour later he was done. Very friendly and professional. Told me I could watch him work, said he likes the company. As plumbers go, we felt the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Apple Valley Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We found a leaking mark on our basement ceiling. Greg was very helpful and offered some trouble shooting ideas to look for possible leaking source over the phone. We did found the leaking source and stoped the leakage.

Called Greg regarding our sump pump not working when we did a system check, He gave us advice on how to perform a test over the phone. We called him back when it still wouldn't work and he came to replace it. He did an efficient job, cleaned out the sump pump area and removed all garbage. Very pleasant working with him

On time service and updated everything to code as the old water heater and softener where not up to code anymore with the piping going into both. It looks great.

He did a great job. I left a mesage a little before they opened and he called me soon after. He was able to fit me into his schedule that same day. He was professional and personable and got the job done right! There were a couple small pieces that ended up needing replacing but he didn't charge much for them and he had everything he needed with him. Our kitchen sink hasn't worked this well as long as we've lived here. I'd definitely hire again.

Greg did a great job handling all the unique problems that came up and solved them in no time. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly. I appreciated having him pick up the phone when I called and he arrived at our home right on time. He explained everything that he was doing and why, so I felt very informed as I watched him do the repair.

To start, my wife said he was courteous and when I called he was courteous to me as well. However, I thought they were very expensive to perform a shower valve and shower head replacement. Total charge was $297 and parts were only $55. My wife recalls him getting to our home around 10am and was gone before 11am. That means labor, including a trip charge, was $242. Their door to my door is 8 minutes. I feel the charge was too high based on a trip charge of 20 minutes round trip and maybe 1 hour of labor. I asked for an explanation and he told me shower valves can be tricky and they never know what they are getting into so they may take longer. He said he charged me for 2 hours. Based on this explanation I was charged for a worse case scenario. If that is the case and it ends up not being as bad or take as long they could have backed out some of the labor charges. I am disappointed in the labor charge and feel it was too high. I was charged $242 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes worth of work. He did provide an estimate before the work was performed. Unfortunately I was not at home and my wife accepted the quote. She doesn't know anything about plumbing so she just accepted it being she could not get hold of me. I would have told him not to perform the work based on that rate. So I take part blame for accepting the quote. Regardless, they were too expensive.
