+ -1 moreI WAS GREETED PROMPTLY BY AN EMPLOYEE WHO LOOKED AS IF I WAS INTERRUPTING SOMETHING VERY IMPORTANT. AFTER ASKING ABOUT RE-KEYING MY HOUSE HE TOLD ME I WOULD NEED A NEW DEADBOLT FOR ONE OF THE DOORS. I ASKED IF THEY CARRIED THEM AND HE WALKED AWAY IN A HUFF. SOME TIME LATER HE BROUGHT OUT A DEADBOLT AND TOLD ME THE PRICE. ALL IN ALL I FELT HE HAD NO WISH TO HELP ME AND I LEFT. MAYBE HE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY, BUT MY REQUEST WAS SIMPLE AND HIS RESPONSE WAS SO POOR THAT I TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE THIS REPORT. I DIDN'T WANT THIS FELLOW SELLING ME ANY SERVICE, LET ALONE COMING TO MY HOUSE TO RE-KEY MY HOME. I FEEL BAD FOR THE OWNERS OF THIS STORE, AS THEIR EMPLOYEE WAS THE ONLY REASON FOR GIVING THIS NEGATIVE REPORT.

Description of Work: I HAD TWO COPIES MADE OF TWO DIFFERENT HOUSE KEYS, BOTH OF WHICH WERE FOR VERY OLD LOCKS. I TRIED MENARDS AND HOME DEPOT FIRST, BUT NEITHER OF THEM WERE ABLE TO DUPLICATE THE KEYS. APOLLO LOCKSMITH WAS ABLE TO DO THEM IN LESS THAN A MINUTE.
