The APEX team met with me several times to create a design that met our needs and also complied with the local building codes. They designed a custom roof to permit the maximum storage space (created an attic space with floor and access ports). They poured a concrete foundation and 'stick built' the unit (no pre-fab). The building team was professional, on-time, and kept me informed of their progress and estimates for the completion date. We are very pleased with the quality and thoroughness of their efforts and we now have a sturdy and dependable storage building that meets our needs and adds to the value of our property. APEX has my highest recommendation for quality work and professional delivery of the project.

Apex did an outstanding job remodeling the lower level of our 1960's rambler--from start to finish and every step along the way. This involved a total gutting and replacement of our lower level bathroom and renovation of all the living space, approximately 1700 square feet. They met with us several times to hear what we had in mind, to offer advice, and to prepare a project estimate, which was very detailed so we knew what to expect. They kept to their lines and showed great patience when we encountered a delay in getting information from our home owners' insurance company. Their suppliers for plumbing, tile, lighting, etc. offered an excellent range of options and prices from low to high end, so we could make appropriate choices and avoid cost overruns--moreover, they offered suggestions on how we could save money or consider a more cost effective solution.. The service providers that they used for all aspects of the work--carpentry, electrical, plumbing, insulation, drywall, tiling, painting etc. did perfect work. Apex provided a schedule and stuck to it. They communicated all steps and timing with us and checked in regularly to make sure we were satisfied and had no problems. They were readily available by phone, text, and email. They were top notch when it came to clean up on site. We were very pleased not only with the beautiful results, but also with the process. As project managers, both John and Matt were responsive, kind, and honest--and that counts for a lot in any relationship! We plan to use APEX again, when we tackle the main floor (kitchen/family room) renovation.

All went very well. The roofing crew was very professional, quick, and the clean-up was perfect, which is alot to say considering the old roofing was removed.

John owns a very well run company. First and foremost we were impressed by the quality of Project Management that Apex provided during our project. Our PM, Matt, was organized, honest, and conscientious throughout his time in our home. We had plumbers, electricans, tile experts in our home over a 5 week period. We were given a calander at the beginning of the project and things got done exactly as the calander projected. Best of all, the end result is fantastic. Out of all the projects we have done on our home over the last 23 years, this group did the best work and exceeded our expectations. We would hightly recommend them to any of our family and friends. They truly went above and beyond, in order to make sure we were happy with the results.

It went great. We were hoping to remodel our tiny south minneapolis kitchen. Apex was referred to us by a family friend and we can see why. John was organized and easy to get a hold of for meetings. He was honest with us and was conscious of our modest budget through the process. I appreciated him showing us design websites that we could draw ideas from. Ultimately we decided to sell the house because we wouldn't be staying there along enough to make the cost worth it. John still remained in contact with us and we plan on working with Apex again if needed in the new house!

The project went very well. They said they would get the project done in 2 weeks and they delivered on that even with a delay due to the cold weather. They worked over a weekend to ensure the date was hit. The time was important to us as it affected every room in the house. They were very respectful and took good care of our house keeping it clean. They were easy to work with, very professional, and it was made very clear along the way about what change orders were needed and why as some things came up with working on an old house. They were very responsive to our requests and dealing with issues that needed to be fixed. Our bathroom looks amazing and we just couldn't be happier. We will definitely be using Apex on any future home remodeling. Excellent work!

The guy who owns APEX Construction Management LLC wasn't good at returning phone calls or following through with things he promised to do but the project manager was really good. I still have holes in my drywall but their price, punctuality, and professionalism were excellent.

The work was performed November 2010 through January 2011. JB and Matt were great, and very patient with us as we added to the project. They brought in Hearthwood Kitchens to plan the semi-custom cabinetry. I felt comfortable leaving them to deal with the subcontractors and they the work was done on the time frame they promised. We now have a beautiful, updated kitchen as well and main floor bath and laundry area - and new hardwood floors and carpet. I would give them an overall A and highly recommend them. I get compliments on our kitchen all the time.

We were very happy with the work. They did great work and got it done on time. We shopped around quite a bit and their price was very good and we were very happy with the quality. John stayed in touch a couple of times afterwards to see if everything was still going ok.

The experience was really good. It was good service, good attention to detail and good communication. It was good customer service.

In less thana month my kids went from squabbling and sharing a bathroom to having their own spaces. Apex worked quickly, cleanly and professionally. We know they weren't the cheapest contractors we could have used, but they were certainly reasonable, and we believe you get what you pay for. We would absolutely recommend them and have kept their contact information for when we're ready for our next remodeling project.

My kids (boy and girl, one of whom is a teenager) had been sharing a bathroom, and things were getting increasingly tense. APEX worked with me to split the existing bath into 2 separate bathrooms, each with its own access, shower, toilet and sink/vanity. I had drawn up a design, and Matt & John came out to tell me if it would work. After getting their bid and accepting it, they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. In fact, they wanted to move more quickly than other delivery schedules would allow - so we ended up slowing the project down slightly to allow time for vanities and bath fixtures to come in. They knocked down walls, put up walls, and had us back in business after only a few weeks. And the result is amazing. Although we knew the quarters of the new bathrooms would be on the smallish side, we were all pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and functional they turned out to be. All of the guys were very professional and friendly, and the workmanship was high quality. We are all extremely pleased with our new bathrooms. I've been mentioning APEX to any neighbor considering a remodel and would not hesitate to call them again for another job.

MATT IS A CONTRACTOR INDUSTRY VETERAN AND A CRAFTSMAN WITH PROMPT SERVICE AND HIGH QUALITY WORK. HE IS ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS APPROACH TO CUSTOMERS AND WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM. THE HOPE IS THAT THE ADDED INSULATION WILL PREVENT HIGHER GAS BILLS. IT ALREADY HAS REDUCED OUTSIDE NOISE LEVELS.
