Andy called 25 min before. He explained everything. Since the problem turned out to be quick to fix, he also spray cleaned my outside unit.

Andrew called me 20 min before he was going to arrive at right around the time we agreed. Although it is surprising how expensive a capacitor can be for my A/C, he was up front about the costs and worked quickly to get the job done.
