+ -1 moreThey are great. We have had them for a probably 10 years. The fellow that installed is personable and knowledgeable. He was willing to redo part of the security system. He has reasonable monthly rates. He cares about his clients and he knows the people in the neighborhood because he once lived here.

+ -1 moreAppt was set up for 4:00 on April 23, 2013. I waited over an hour and then called Gordy at ASAP to find out what was going on. Apparently he was at another job and was running behind. I had to leave work early to get to this appointment, so was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism and poor communication.
Description of Work: No services performed because they never showed up.

+ -1 moreOverall, he was trustworthy, knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained my security options, but didn't pressure me into purchasing additional stuff.
Description of Work: Gordy - the owner - installed for me a DSC system that I purchased off the internet. He also sells these systems at the same price, but I didn't know that before I purchased it. I didn't want that. I had an old hardwired ADT system that I wanted to convert to the DSC self-monitoring system. I had a hard time finding somebody to help me install the system because most companies would only install their own systems and only if you purchased a monitoring contract.

Description of Work: After the transformer on the alarm system set off the smoke detectors and the police and fire department arrived at my house, I tried to contact the provider who had installed the alarm system and received little attention, as well as from other alarm companies because I had no contract with them. I got the name of this company from the electrical company I called, and Gordy came out later that day and replaced the torched transformer on alarm system and dying alarm battery.

+ -1 moreTHE PLAN WAS WELL THOUGHT OUT. THE SYSTEM HAS WORKED SUPERBLY WITH NO PROBLEMS. THEY ARRANGED MONITORING THROUGH ANOTHER PROVIDER AND MONITORING COSTS ARE VERY FAIR AND REASONABLE. SERVICE FROM MONITOR HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. THE OWNER HAS ALWAYS RESPONDED TO ALL CALLS, AT LEAST ONE ROBBERY WAS FOILED.
Description of Work: PLANNED AND INSTALLED HOUSE ALARM SYSTEM, WHICH INCLUDED MONITOR FOR HEAT AND COLD CONTROL.
