+ -1 moreThey came to check humidfier. Turns out it was just a loose wire. They easily reconnected it. Charged $165 for 5 minutes of service. ($55 of it was for 'truck charge"). We found out later that industry standard was $90. Feel very ripped off. Will never call them back.

air duct cleaning
+ -1 moreI CALLED THEM REALLY EARLY IN THE MORNING, AND THEY CAME AND DID THE JOB ABOUT THREE HOURS LATER. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM WITH MY FURNACE, THE FILTERS AND VENTS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED, THAT IS WHY IT WASN'T WORKING VERY GOOD. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.
Description of Work: THEY CLEANED THE DUCT WORK AND CHECKED THE FURNACE. IT WAS JUST CLEANING THE VENTS AND THEN DOING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE ON THE FURNACE.
