Description of Work: They found and replaced a pinhole leak inside of a wall that had been causing serious water flooding issues. They had to rip a hole in the wall, but I haven't had a problem since and it had been a long-standing problem. I'm very happy.

Description of Work: Tightened a couple of connections that I had been fussing with, but didn't have the tools or the strength to do, then didn't charge for the work. Checked out a drip from the kitchen sink, replaced the garbage disposal, checked out further problems and recommended future needs.

Description of Work: Buy, install a new garbage disposal and tightened up some pipes/connections in my old house. Excellent service. Very professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Jack and Brian replaced a toilet, replaced washer hoses, and tried to clear out a drain that was backing up. They discovered that the main sewer line was clogged with tree roots, and were able to get someone onsite the same morning to clear it. Despite the extra work and additional company, the total price was only a little more than the original estimate. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Description of Work: My water heater broke and called a few different companies to see who might be able to come and fix. When I first called they were busy and said they would call back that day. They didn't call back until the next day by which point I had already agreed for another company to do the work. However, at the time they called back they were willing to work me into their schedule right away, and had I used them they most likely would have completed the work before the other company did!

Description of Work: Called All Star for a small repair job, they answered the phone!!! immediately, didn't have to leave a voice mail and wait for a call back. They were in the neighborhood, arrived with 30 minutes, fixed my shower knob and charged me only $25 as it took them just about 90 seconds to fix it. Also showed me how I can fix it myself in the future! I now have their magnet with the phone number on my fridge and I'm already planning the next plumbing job with them.

Description of Work: I called Jack about my plumbing issue and he suggested I try a few things before he came out. He seemed not to want to come out to the Plymouth area to check on my problem. Nice guy on phone but just seemed like the job was to small.

Description of Work: Called Jack and explained our problem: in-sink garbage disposal that wasn't working and water/muck backing up because of it. Jack returned my call within 30 minutes and walked me through how to fix my problem without him coming out. The fix worked and we saved a service call. Jack was honest, willing to help, friendly. he will get my future business.

Description of Work: My main waterpipe that carries water into the house was leaking and I was scheduled to go on a 2 week vacation the next day. Allstar came right out when I called and fixed the leak (it was a pressure valve). It was expensive, but he was prompt and professional. When a plumbing problem arises again, I will call Allstar.
