I'm a realtor and a client of mine is purchasing a foreclosed home. In order to get financing, we needed certification that the plumbing was in working order at the property. I got this news two weeks before the sale was to be complete! After several failed attempts to get another plumber to look at the property, and only 1 week until closing, I was referred to Jack at All Star Plumbing. Jack is GREAT! I was able to discuss the problems that were identified in the appraisal of the property over the phone with him. And he was able to meet me within two days of contacting him. Jack one of the most knowledgeable and professional plumbers that I know. He was very honest about the repairs that needed to be made and provided me with a resonable estimate of the costs. Although we're not prepared to make the repairs at this time, I know that I will work with Jack again in the future and will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

All Star Plumbing were great, I called up Jack at 9:00 AM and he was out to my house at noon. Jack and his helper were very professional,friendly and addressed all my questions completly.Jack looked under the kitchen sink and said the plumbing was not even close to the way it should be done and he fixed that to. Did all the work in a short time frame and cleaned up after the work was done. I can't say how happly I am with Jack and his helper. I will always call All Star Plumbing in the future. Oh, And what a great price too all the other plumbing companys I called wanted two to three times what Jack needed to do the same job not to mention the repairs to the kitchen sink plumbing. All I can say is a big THANK YOU JACK

Big job getting the old laundry tub (cast concrete) broken up and out of the house... everything was done right the first time and all work was cleaned up after.

I used Angie's List to find a nearby plumber with good ratings. I called All Star. They came promptly, did the repair professionally and even cleaned up. My day was not as badly disrupted as it might have been. We were able to entertain that evening.

Don't know as he didn't show when he said he would.

I first tried to snake this out myself, but I knew I was in over my head. I called and someone came out that same day. They cleared the clog. It was large and very far away from the clean-out and cleaned up nicely. Will definitely call again!

I called because I was having trouble with my furnace. I called and left a message because he was out on a job. He called back and came right out. He did warn me about the service call before he came out. He looked for the blockage and also recommend that I get replacement pipes. He also recommend a new hot water heater.

We are very happy with the job. Jack got more than he bargained for- the condition of our existing plumbing was worse than initially thought. In addition, the network of pipes was so byzantine, Jack said that half the time even the water didn't know where it was going. But Jack went the extra mile, took care of it all, and didn't cut corners. When problems arose (like a fixture that leaked after installation) he took care of it right away. And when it turned out that we had some "issues" with other parts of our plumbing that weren't part of the original deal, he let us know what our options were and offered a fair price. He was considerate (shoes off in the house) and did a great job of cleaning up afterward. He knows a lot, is willing to share it, and he's friendly and personable.

Jack came to our home the same day that I first contacted him. The old faucet cartridge would not come out of the wall. Jack had to return the next day and cut an access panel through our closet to remove the old faucet and install the new one. He was very punctual and is a personable guy.

He's the best that I've had to deal with, and he's not cheap. But he's a perfectionist, so if you need it done well and you're prepared to spend what it takes, Jack is the man to hire.

Jack was unresponsive to multiple calls. He did come diagnose my problem. During and after that visit, he was dismissive of my questions regarding environmental impacts of his/my product choices, even when I provided him with specific requests. His inability to converse with me meant I was unable to hire him to do the job.

JACK WAS VERY RESPONSIVE AND FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE THE SAME DAY. HE TRACED THE LEAK TO A FAULTY DISHWASHER VALVE. WE RECENTLY MOVED INTO THE HOUSE, AND JACK SPENT EXTRA TIME TO SHOW ME WHERE THE WATER MAIN SHUTOFF WAS LOCATED AND HOW TO DRAIN THE EXTERIOR FAUCETS FOR WINTER. VERY THOROUGH AND PERSONABLE - WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE AGAIN.
