+ 0 moreContacted All Pro after a set of storms about potential roof damage. They came out and met the insurance adjuster, but the sales rep could not climb up on the roof to point out damage - they did the estimate and claim of damage based on looking from the ground. The adjuster agreed that the roof needed to be replaced, but could not point to specific areas of storm damage or see what All Pro said was hail damage. All Pro did not charge anything since insurance denied the claim, but they did provide a verbal estimate to do the work through one of their credit/loan programs. I did not hire them.
Description of Work: Contacted All Pro for an evaluation of damage after two severe storms/hail that ended up causing a water leak. They visited the house three times - once for a quick view after the original call, once to meet with the insurance adjuster, and again for full measurements to provide a quote for after the insurance claim was denied.

+ -1 moreIt was very good. They came out for an estimate then he told me what he was going to do. He told me the whole layout and everything went according to plan. He even did a little extra for no charge at all. They cleaned up everything very nice.
Description of Work: They took down old gutters and added new ones. They didn't damage the sides or anything.
