They did a great job! would highly recommend!!

12-26-20 2 employees from this company damaged vehicle with 2 commercial snow blowers. Contacted John: manager and he denied any wrong doing. I sent him a copy of video, he became narcissistic and offered me a 50.00 dollar gas card. I asked for insurance and was told (that's a no go!) There are better options, Why hire someone when they damage your property and will not take responsibility? (FYI) Snow mixed with glass and rocks will damage any vehicle .............

Spring clean up went well. They got most all the leaves and did a good job. Lawn care did not go well. The first treatment was granular. When I got home, I had pellets all over my front steps and all over my back deck, which is 1.5 feet off the ground. I had to sweep them all up. A few days later, they did liquid weed control. I had specifically told them that I had a 15X20 ft area that was a perennial garden in my back yard and was told not to worry, that the man knew what he was doing. Unfortunately, this was not the case. My entire perennial garden was sprayed, killing 2 years of work--over 40 perennials. When I called, I got an apology and an offer to replant what I'd lost. After sending a list of the plants and not getting a response for over 2 weeks, I called them. I was told that they've been too busy and it's on their list of things to do. By this time, it's too late in the season for any new perennials to take hold. They also sent me a bill during this time expecting me to pay them for their services. I find their customer service to be very poor. I have told them to forget replacing my perennials and I'll just do it myself. I also have cancelled any future services.

My mother had died a couple of months earlier, and we were getting her house ready to sell. We needed to get the lawn mowed on short notice, and found Alex's on Angie's List. Alex was on the job promptly and professionally, and the lawn looked great for closing!

April and May were rainy, really rainy, so the work was done about 2 weeks later than originally planned. Once they arrived, though, they worked efficiently and took care to do things "right" even tho I'm sure they were way behind and wanted to get caught up! The grass came up well, and within about 10 days-2 weeks, tho some areas were spotty. I called and they were willing to come back out and reseed these areas and hard rake- no problem.

We hired another landscaper for a major project, but the original landscaper quit the job after months of doing shoddy work. Over a two year period, Alex and his crew repaired the existing work and completed the project. He showed sincere concern for the quality of his work and the functional appeal of the finished project. He stood behind his work, returning to comply with dumb requests by the city (they wanted a silt fence and erosion control blankets after the project was done, and they wanted all of the nails in the deck replaced). He even returned to repair some parts of the project that shifted over time. Alex and his crew are highly skilled and use quality equipment.

They are excellent. They do a really good job and don’t leave any stone unturned. I see them around the neighborhood all the time. $200 to me is a lot of money for lawn maintenance but we don’t call them all the time because we usually do our own; when they do come, they are very thorough. I would highly recommend them and would call them again and again.

There are times where the lawn is cut to short or they do the work too quickly, but overall they do a good job. The last time they came out was last month. I really haven't compared whether they are too high or low. They just send me a bill after the work is done. They are very friendly, but are not consistent with being on time or their response time. This company is able to get the job done, but I don't think they are conscientious about doing a really good job. I will continue to use them in the future.

Our experience with them has been excellent. Alex is a fine young man. He s got quite a good crew. They are dependable and have nice equipment. They do a nice job. If there are any issues they have responded. Usually they aren t issues of poor service, just requests we have for them. We pay weekly for his services.
