Description of Work: Painting of living room and installation of picture molding to match. Paint stripping, sanding, wood refinishing of main oak stairway with polyurethane coat. Upper bedroom, ceiling texture repair, new paint on walls and ceiling and wood floor sanding with 2 coats of polyurethane. Add garage storage loft.
