Affordable Gutter Cleaning

Kevin and his crew do an excelent job and finish by blowing off all the walks and even edging the yard and blvd sidewalks.

We've been using them lately. They're very reasonable and they do a perfect cleanup job. They're very affordable, very professional and do a very good cleanup.

The owner is very easy to communicate with, and very responsive. The project went smoothly and quickly. His crew does a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Incidentally, I have used this company for gutter cleaning these past several years.

I was pleased with what they did. Kevin accompanies the crew, he's always there supervising and I have never seen any group do it so fast and so efficiently. The problem is, they're all smokers but they don't bring it to the house of course but that's just a little thing. With a crew of 4, they do the mowing in the front and back yard and I think they're done in 20 or 25 minutes. The same with the blowing and cleaning up and so forth. I have no idea with pricing because I have nothing to compare with. For me, their quality is very good and I have nothing to compare with. They say they're coming one day and they won't show up until later. I would have them again and I have recommended them and have told people how pleased I was.

When I called, I asked if he could give me a general idea of what gutter cleaning would cost (as I have no idea). He offered to stop by my home for a quote. I attempted to be kind and state at this point I am trying to find out a general ballpark of what this kind of service costs and perhaps he could help me understand without needing to drive by where I live. He responded in a snarky tone "anywhere from $25-$500". I politely asked what sort of things affect the price and then went into a rant about how he doesn't know what my house looks like. When I politely asked if he had heard my question (thinking he had not heard me since he did not answer what sort of things affect the price), he hung up on me. My questions were simple, reasonable, and I understand he could not give me a quote without looking at my home. A little respect helping me to understand his work would have gone a long way. I am now looking at companies on Angie's List that have great ratings instead, as respect matters more to me than price anyway.

I had 2 branches that were rubbing against my roof. I called Affordable Gutter Cleaning and Mr Klein came out that afternoon. Him and his crew were extremely polite and trimmed my tree. He quoted $265 for the tree trimming, and also said that he would clean my gutters as well. Mr Klein went above and beyond what I had hoped. He not only removed the branches that were rubbing against my gutters, he ended up trimming the whole tree for me. Something that I had wanted done for quite sometime. He hauled away all the branches, cleaned my gutters and blew all the leaves out of my yard. He didn't surprised me with an additional fee or inflate that cost. He still billed me the $265 that we had originally discussed. Not only did he go above and beyond what he quoted to me, he and his crew were very friendly, professional and thorough. I would absolutely refer Mr Klein and Affordable Gutter Cleaning to friends and family. Great job guys!!!

Kevin was very communicative while setting up the job, and showed up promptly. The attic garage and yard look great. They did miss two very large pieces of fencing that will need to sit, but otherwise good job. I am using them now for snow removal.

I did not use Angie's List for them but got them through a friend's recommendation. They did what they said that they would do and when they said that they would do it. They kept me informed and I was very happy with their services.

Received an estimate for gutter cleaning and roof repair and authorized the work. The gutter cleaning was performed as scheduled and was quite thorough, although the roof repair did not meet its committed start time. When I contacted Mr Klein to comment about the size of the charge for the labor effort for the roof repair (40 mins for $260), he became hostile and he even accused me of over-changing my employer for the work I do for them! Mr Klein, ever the gentleman, ended our conversation with "have yourself a nice day f*** face". Charming. For some weeks I've been hesitant to file this report given Mr Klein's initial hostility but I have after contacting Angies List about that concern, I was encouraged to share my experience with the wider community.

Bad from the get-go! Even if I was nice over the phone he usually hung up on me.
