They are 100% professional and 100% genuinely concerned about the well being of their members. 18 months after closing on my house I am still greeted when I walk in the Main branch and asked how the house is!

In the beginning our agent was very friendly and helpful in consolidating our 401's that are in different banks and institutions. Now he is very late with any responses to our calls. He is not giving any specific advice that we need.

 + -1 moreTHEIR RATES WERE SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER THAN OTHERS and THE REFINANCING FEES WERE MORE REASONABLE. THEY ALSO WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL and HELPFUL, and I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO CHECK WITH THEM WHEN COMPARING RATES.
