Description of Work: I had a leather recliner restained. The leather was worn in various spots. The finish was a mottled finish so more difficult to stain. They picked up and delivered the recliner. It turned out very nice. I only had a couple of minor issues: 1. I wasn't informed of the $75 delivery charge up front. 2. He had promised to provide some leather conditioners. He was out of them and said he would send them. I had to recontact him 2 times to get them, but did eventually receive them. The A rating is for the work on the chair. He did a very nice job on that. Looks almost new.

 + -1 moreThey were very up front about what could be done, stating that I could expect 95% of the stain to come out, at most. Upon completion I could see no sign of the stain at all. The piece looked perfect.
Description of Work: They removed a stain (caused by a wet cloth) from a leather ottoman.

 + -1 moreI wanted to have just the top refinished because of water damage. They came out and gave me an estimate and they later returned 2 weeks later to do the work. The bill was about $100 over the estimate, in small print on the contract there were material fees and trip charges, i should have read the estimate closer but they could have told me. The work they did seemed to be rough and it defitely didn't resemble the sides. I asked if there was anything to do to improve the look of the piece and he said "it is what it is" and "that i was too particular" He would not discuss any repiars, the final product was not what i was expecting. He was unwilling or unable to resoolve my problems and concerns about the work.
