+ 0 morePatrick does everything himself: book-keeping, scheduling, actual installation work. He has one or two helpers--but he is the one who does all the heavy lifting. As a result, sometimes it takes a while to be able to book him because he is so busy. But he is incredibly honest, fair, reliable, down to earth, and is not out to gouge you. I have rarely seen someone so fair. He does not try to get you to buy "more" equipment than you need, and in this case recommended a more economical unit (82-84% efficiency) because the fancier, high performance ones are so expensive in outlay--and so difficult and expensive to maintain. There are not too many workers like this around any more. I recommend him highly.
Description of Work: Replacement of old gas boiler: remove old unit and install brand new Crown gas-fired boiler for home heating. Required also installation of new chimney liner (30 foot).
