Bill was actually a little early, which meant he was finished with the outside measurements and pictures by our appointment time so he could get started on the inside appraisal right away. He was very professional and explained everything he was seeing, and how different factors affected his estimate. He sent the appraisal to me by e-mail two days later, but he said he could drop it off if I was in a hurry, which I wasn't.
Description of Work: I received an appraisal of a single-family house. I wanted to get an idea of how much the house was worth before I thought about selling it.

BILL WAS PUNCTUAL, POLITE AND EXPLAINED THINGS VERY WELL. HE OFFERED TO EXPLAIN ANYTHING ON THE APPRAISAL AFTER HE DELIVERED IT, ALTHOUGH THIS WAS UNNECESSARY. I WOULD USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

BILL WAS EXCEPTIONAL TO WORK WITH! I LEFT HIM A MESSAGE ON A SATURDAY BECAUSE I NEEDED AN APPRAISAL DONE QUICKLY TO MAKE SURE MY MORTGAGE REFINANCING COULD CLOSE ON TIME. HE CALLED ME BACK ON SUNDAY (HE HAD ALREADY LOOKED UP MY HOUSE INFORMATION AND BEGUN HIS BACKGROUND RESEARCH). HE CAME TO THE HOUSE ON MONDAY (ON-TIME, ACTUALLY A FEW MINUTES EARLY), AND HE HAD THE APPRAISAL READY TUESDAY MORNING. HE WAS ABLE TO EMAIL TO THE BANK RIGHT AWAY. HE CLEARLY HAS A TON OF EXPERIENCE (20+ YEARS) AND KNOWS WHAT TO LOOK FOR. HE WAS EXTREMELY THOROUGH, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY PERSONABLE, TOO. HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT I GOT FULL CREDIT FOR THE VALUE OF MY HOME, WHICH WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME SINCE I NEEDED TO TAKE CASH OUT FROM THE REFINANCING. I WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND HIM. I CAN'T IMAGINE A BETTER APPRAISAL EXPERIENCE.
