Great service. Showed up early and gave me insightful information about my chimney cleaning.

Just had a great experience with Able Chimney Sweeps. Albert was kind and friendly. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. I was impressed by the quality of the equipment. He did a thorough job cleaning ALL parts of my wood stove. And left not a trace of soot or dust. I’m ready for winter fires! Thank you.

It was easy to schedule a level 1 inspection and cleaning within two weeks of my initial call. The appointment was scheduled for 1:15 pm, and at noon I received a call from Rob indicating he was ahead of schedule, but no worries if we weren’t ready for him. Rob was friendly and performed the work professionally, and charged the quoted price for the work performed. We will use able chimney sweeps next time we need this service performed.

All went well - very pleasant and efficient

I originally hired Able Chimney to install a rain cap on my chimney, and after talking to the owner Mike, I learned they had masons on staff and would be willing to fix my wall. I had previously talked to 5 other masons and Able Chimney was by far the most professional company. The other guys I talked to would not commit to a date to do the work and kept leading me on for months. Mike told me he would be out in two weeks and he showed up like he said he would. His price was the highest of all the bids I got (but not my much), but I still hired him because I trusted him and his crew to do a good job since they had already done some work on my chimney. The job was done beautifully. They re-used the original 100 year old bricks so you cant tell there was ever an issue and he charged me what he bid. He also guaranteed the work for 25 years. The previous owner of my house was at our neighborhood block party. He owned the house for 60 years and he was so happy to see the wall fixed with the original bricks. That really made his day. I wish more masonry companies in the area operated like these guys.

It went very well. I had to have my chimney cleaned before the installation of a fireplace insert. I found Able Chimney Sweeps through a Groupon offer. I set up a date and then later realized the date was set for after the installation. I called the owner on short notice and he agreed to come out the next morning. He used a spinning whip attached to a drill to clean the chimney. He covered the whole area in front of the fireplace and ran a big shop vac while running the drill. When he left you could not tell he had been there. Aside from the Groupon offer, I selected Able because the owner is a certified chimney sweep and he is insured. Some companies take photos or video to show the before and after but I did not feel I needed this service.
