Not well. Anthony told me he could fix the chimney and the flashing around the base for $800. He was not able to find the brick so he had to take apart the top of the chimney to use the bricks from that to replace the bricks on the main part of the chimney. They rebuilt the top with similar bricks. The main problem was clean-up. The roof all around the chimney (about three feet) was covered in concrete residue. It looks terrible. The contract clearly states that clean up is included. I attempted to contact Mr. Berryman serveral times to get him to clean it up. He'd make an appointment then not show up. Or just plain not return my calls. I'm probably going to have to call the Attorney General. He also did not do the flashing. Due to the weather being too hot, said he'd come back in the fall. But with this lack of follow through on the clean up, I highly doubt I'll ever hear from him again, unless I contact an attorney.
