Description of Work: The Good: |-TJ and Grant are good people. |-I believe they are honest and ethical. |-Their price was below their competitors and they did quality work. |-They gave me a few freebies. | |The Bad: |-Appointments were constantly missed. |-They didn't show up on time when they showed up. |-They flooded my basement and I cleaned it up. |-It took them two months to clean my backyard. | |The Ugly: |-Project was supposed to take 4 days, it didn't get completed for 4 months! I was without a bathroom for a while... Completely unacceptable! |-They miscalculated the final total a month after they sent me the invoice. Hey look, you owe us another $800! | |Summary: These guys typically do bank foreclosures which I am sure they are good at. However, I must have been their first non-bank customer as based with my experience. I'm not a bank... I need to use the bathroom, have an expectation that you will show up on time, and have the projects done in 4 days instead of 4 months. I hope they can learn from their mistakes on this project.
