20/20 Window Cleaning

Someone had underestimated Pete's previous job and he was running late. There was even a fear that my job would not get done. Pete arrived about 1 1/4 hours late but was able to complete the entire job before dark. My husband replaced most of the screens which helped the job along. An error was made on my estimate and it was corrected to reflect a coupon that I had. This was before the work started. That made me happy. The windows look wonderful.

On time arrival and did excellent job of washing/cleaning all windows & screens as well as large mirror in entry way foyer.

Fine, we had to reschedule once because of rain. They were flexible in accommodating my scheduling needs.

I sent Pete an email asking how much it would cost me to get the 10 windows in my one level rambler cleaned. Everyone I had an interaction with was very pleasant and prompt. I had an estimate by the NEXT day, and did not have to be home to meet with them for the estimate. I had no idea how much it would cost to have my windows cleaned. While the estimate was at least twice as high as I would be willing to pay, it was probably a fair estimate.

He did a good job and finished in good time.

They were responsive on the estimate. I didn't compare prices but because he's a one-man operation I would think it is less expensive than a big company. He was a nice person to have around and even helped carry two boxed down to the basement for me. He couldn't have been nicer!

He was very professional, thorough, and very fair. He is worthy of the Page of Happiness! the scheduling wasn't a problem. His wife answers the phones and is great to work with. He is on time and did a great job. He wasn't happy if there was any dirt left! He had a strong work ethic and wanted the job to come out right. He was terrific in all aspects. I would use him again. The price is based on one house.

Pete called to confirm time, wanted to be early, but understood that we couldn't get off work any sooner. He was incredibly polite. He got up on the ladder instead of an extended squigge so he could see the dirt and check for smudges. We had our windows cleaned by someone else last year and this was twice as good.

Pete called ahead before he came and arrived on time (early actually). He worked late on a Saturday night to get all the work completed prior to a deadline that I had asked for. His office had worked hard to ''squeeze me in'' during a very busy time of year - for which I was very grateful. He was polite, careful, detailed and very thorough. I've had my windows cleaned before by other companies - but they've never looked this great.

He is an independent contractor and does his own work. He was everything the A.L. members said about him- on time, courteous, and very skillful at what he did. He just couldn't be better. He met every expectation and more. It only took him an hour to do the job, he was very efficient. He also did a final walk around to check the windows and do some touch ups.

The work was done efficiently, quietly, politely, on time, and thoroughly. He had to work around upholstery cleaners with their hoses while he used his vacuum, at the same time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They honored the Angie's discount and the additional discount for being a first-time customer.

PETE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY WELL PREPARED TO DO THE JOB. HE CLEANED THE WINDOWS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY, AND EVEN CLEANED (AT NO CHARGE) A VERY SHORT PIECE OF GUTTER I CAN'T REACH WITH MY OWN LADDER. AFTER HE HAD QUOTED THE JOB, HE EVEN HONORED 2 DISCOUNTS THAT TOOK OVER 30% OFF THE BILL. I WILL NOT HESITATE TO HAVE 20/20 CLEAN THE WINDOWS WHENEVER THEY ARE IN NEED OF IT.

WE HAD NOT CLEANED OUR WINDOWS IN YEARS! PETE THE OWNER DID A WONDERFUL JOB & WAS REALLY NICE TOO. ONE WINDOW BROKE DURING CLEANING BUT PETE WILL REPLACE IT. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND & HIRE AGAIN.

PETE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE RIGHT AWAY AND RETURNED CALLS PROMPTLY TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT. HE ARRIVED EXACTLY AT THE SCHEDULED TIME AND CLEANED ALL THE WINDOWS IN TWO HOURS. GOOD WORK.

LEAST EXPENSIVE. WAS GREAT. GAVE ME 10% ANGIE'S DISCOUNT AND ADDT'L DISCOUNT FOR BEING NEW CLIENT. GREAT GUY.
