Description of Work: We had (3) windows cleaned in our townhome. He did a good job. We had to call him back as the windows didn't appear to be cleaned correctly. He came back out @ no charge and come to find our windows seals have been broken. So what we were seeing as "dirty" windows was actually in between the panes.

THE DAY OF THE APPT, PETE CALLED AHEAD TO CONFIRM, AND THEN LATER CALLED TO SWAY HE WAS RUNNING AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND COULD COME EARLIER- WHICH WAS GREAT! HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS, AND DID A SUPERB JOB! HE WAS CONSCIENTIOUS OF LOCKING DOORS WHEN NOT USING THEM AND RELOCKING ALL THE WINDOWS. SOME OF THE SCREENS NEEDED A BETTER CLEANING, ESPECIALLY TO SEE HOW WONDERFUL THE WINDOWS LOOKED; MAYBE A GARDEN HOSE SPRAY OR SOMETHING? HIS PRICE WAS REASONABLE AND WE WILL HIRE HIM AGAIN.
