The board and management company decided that they would not honor this as it wasn't in writing. "If only all the people we hire to do work in and around our home could be as professional, personable, honest, and efficient as Matt and his partner Daniel. As a result of our previous positive experience with Matt when he cleaned our gutters, we didn't hesitate to contact him for window cleaning. He responded immediately and was able to fit us in to the schedule for the next day. We have a somewhat complicated window set-up. But he and Daniel were still able to clean our windows and screens inside and out. We also asked them about pressure washing our deck and flagstone patio. But after assessing both, they made suggestions for more appropriate solutions. It was a pleasure working with them. And we have sparkling clear windows!"

"We unfortunately didn’t have a good experience with Wow. We selected a matte sheen for our interior and they used velvet, didn’t repair nail pops, & used a long nap roller, leaving an orange peel texture on our previously smooth walls. We had some areas needing sanding which were not properly done. To be fair, when we raised concerns, they returned promptly & did a nice job fixing the exterior. They applied 1 coat of matte to the interior, again using long rather than short nap roller we requested. 1 coat didn’t fully cover the shine and orange peel remained. My husband preferred to attempt a fix ourselves rather than having them return again, so we told them it was better. We told them we applied a 2nd matte coat with a short nap roller to further reduce shine and smooth the walls. They did not acknowledge this or offer any rectification. We paid $2400 for our interior, applied 2nd coat ourselves, and are stuck either living with orange peel or paying another company to fix it."
