I called 4 other HVAC contractors and none of them had any openings before Wednesday. When I phoned Rumpca they said they could send a technician right out. Travis Rumpca arrived and got the the bottom of the problem within 10 minutes, which was that the circuit breaker had failed and it was also the wrong size. He left to buy the proper size breaker at my local hardware store and returned, installed it, cleaned the condenser and was done in less than an hour. He also offered a $10 Angie's List discount.

They showed up promptly when they said they would. They worked the entire time - didn't stand around gabbing. It took a little over a day and there were no problems, even in the small space they had to work in. They were very professional and told us beforehand everything that would be done. They gave us an estimate and that is what we paid. The furnace is so quiet we have to stand next to it to make sure it is working! The difference between the new furnace and the old furnace is amazing. They do great work and sell a great product. The furnace worked perfectly all winter. I turned the air conditioner on two days ago and it is perfect. Other companies may seem cheaper, but other companies' prices start out higher and they give you more rebates to make the price look good but it ends up being about the same price as Rumpca.

I contacted many companies about purchasing a platform, and Rumpca Services offered the best price. They provided me directions to their office over the phone; however, they had a technician in the area, so he delivered the platform instead of me driving to pick it up. I really appreciated their willingness to help.

Their work always turns out very well. They are prompt, professional, and efficient. One time my furnace went out in the middle of the night, and they came by the very next day at 7am, which happened to New Years Day. The unit was under warranty, so they didn’t charge me anything for the service call despite it being a holiday.

Excellent. Called early in the morning and explained the issue. They were here by noon with a new water heater (better than I had). The installation was a little tricky because of how the original one was installed. They did an excellent job and cleaned up completely after themselves. I've used Rumpca for years. They always do it right the first time.

They are great. They are extremely punctual and polite. They always clean up after themselves. They have never damaged anything. They have done a lot of work for us. They are very professional and prompt. They are courteous and are willing to answer questions. They once came out on New Year?s Day to fix our furnace. They didn?t charge us for that service call. They have always called us before they showed up. They have always arrived ahead of when they are supposed to be here. If they are supposed to be here at 8 o?clock, they ask me if it?s okay for them to be here at 7:45. I don?t have to wait for them. Their price is a bit higher compared to others. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

It went great, I left them and open house, and they cleaned up when they were done, and locked the door behind them. Jeff was always in contact with me, to let me know how things were going and to ask before they did something I didn't know about.

Everything went very smoothly, as planned. I guess I told the story above. One example was we kept hearing a strange noise coming from the basement after the installation was completed. On two separate occasions, someone promptly came out, but of course the noise didn't happen then. Eventually, they showed us that it was coming from the water filtration system we had and not from the new equipment. We were never charged for their prompt assistance. Just can't say enough about this company. I know I should have done this report sooner, but we have been in a major redecorating project and I kept procrastinating about doing all my reports.

MY WIFE AND I PLAN TO STAY IN THIS HOME FOR A LONG TIME, AND WE PLAN TO BUILD AN ADDITION TO THE SIDE OF OUR HOME. THE EXISTING 16-YEAR OLD FURNACE AND 13-YEAR OLD AIR CONDITIONER WERE TOO SMALL. FURTHERMORE, THE EXISTING A/C WAS DOING A POOR JOB COOLING THE EXISTING HOUSE, AND IT HAD TO BE MOVED FROM THE SIDE OF THE HOUSE TO THE BACK TO ALLOW FOR THE ADDITION. FOR THE NEW A/C WE CHOOSE ECO-FRIENDLY COOLANT. AN IMPORTANT CONCERN THAT WE HAD WAS MOISTURE ON THE WINDOWS THAT WAS CAUSING ROT AND MOLD. I DISCONNECTED THE CENTRAL HUMIDIFIER BECAUSE OF THIS. JASON EXPLAINED HOW AN AIR EXCHANGER WOULD SOLVE THIS. WE ALSO HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT AIR FILTERING AS MANY IN OUR FAMILY HAVE ALLERGIES, SO WE UPGRADED FROM A 1'' THICK FILTER TO A 5'' FILTER. JASON'S BID WAS THE EASIEST OF THE 4 TO UNDERSTAND. HE CLEARLY EXPLAINED THE SCOPE AND COST OF HIS WORK. ON OUR SCHEDULED DAY JASON RUMPCA & CREW SHOWED UP ON-TIME. THEY COVERED THE STAIRS, THEN REMOVED THE OLD A/C & PIPING, OLD FURNACE, AND SOME O

CALLED IN THE MORNING AND THEY WERE HERE WITHIN AN HOUR AND HAD THE FURNACE FIXED QUICKLY.
