Josh was so easy to talk to and easy to trust. He let me know what he did, what he found and how to remedy. He also helped me understand the humidifier and air exchanger. He didn't try to over sell and gave me lots of tips on how to save on heat and air bills.

My husband told me that they were really great to work with. They were really professional and answered all the questions. They were right on time, right exactly when thy said they would be there.

I called, and Jason was able to get someone out to my house within the hour to replace my sump pump. He even gave me advice on what type to buy since I was planning on providing my own. The guys arrived just before the appointment, completed the job quickly, and actually left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived. They were polite and helped me understand what was going on. I was also pleased that the cost came in just under the estimate - I appreciate good estimates. All in all, everything was finished within 1.5 hours of my initial phone call. I would most definitely use RUMPCA Services again.

The work was done in a days time and everything is working perfectly. We are amazed at the difference in the warmth of our home.

They were not able to do the work, but spent a good amount of time giving me tips and instruction of what needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Would defiantly hire for a job.

It was great. They were extremely responsive and even though my questions were answered on the phone, they offered to come out and make some minor adjustments if I so desired. I opted not to have them do anything.

I did my research and received bids from five different companies. The prices were all competitive but the service from Rumpca was outstanding. I highly recommend them.

The replacement process went smoothly. They replaced the wiring to the thermostat (to include white common wire for possible future powered thermostat.) There was an electrical component failure in the main circuit board of the furnace (causing a no-heat situation). After leaving a message, they sent someone out the next morning, who diagnosed the problem, and then "scavenged" a replacement part off another in-stock furnace. Because the installation was in November, they returned the following Spring to pressure test the compressor/condenser, and complete the paperwork necessary for an Xcel rebate.

Got one from the shop and returned to install it.

When I called regarding my central air and my water heater, they were able to ask questions to ascertain what the issue may be, set up service within the same day or next day, and were professional, timely, and efficient. They also provided an estimated itemized cost breakdown prior to my services, and were accurate with that as well. Overall, they are my go-to provider for my home!

The work was excellent and an assistant/newer/less experienced person was with him. They cleaned up very well and explained the work as they went.

I joined Angie's list specifically to find a reputable dealer to install a new furnace and air conditioner in my house. My old units were over 40 years old, inefficient, and very noisy. I picked three of the top rated HVAC companies in my area and had them give me an estimate. I did tell each I was getting three estimates but did not share any estimates with anyone. And nobody asked. The first one was polite and after inspecting my equipment promised to send an estimate in the next few days. He did and it was reasonable. No complaints with dealer number one. The second one found out there was yet a third estimate after hers and she insisted that she came back after the third estimate (when the husband was home) and then give us her estimate because it was just too important a decision to be made by the wife alone! Unbelievable! A woman saying that to another woman. Besides it was an estimate that we would both consider. But her attitude was so unprofessional that we decided not to go with her company. We later got a call from her company asking how things went and we explained what happened. They were not happy and promised to fix the problem. Rumpca was the third dealer we called. In summary they were polite, honest, professional and left an exact estimate before they left. Pumpca carefully looked over our equipment inside and out. Asked some questions and then listed each and every item we would need and what each cost including high-efficiency and standard efficiency equipment and told us just to add up any items we want and that would be the price. And if we paid cash or check there was a 2% deduction in the price. He promised professional work, removal of old equipment, installation of new equipment, and cleaning up after them selves. Plus there were various rebates and tax incentives depending and which model we bought. Needless to say we were impressed. So the next day we called all three dealers and told them our decision. The second dealer actually argued with us and we had to finally just tell her we were done discussing it. So finally let me tell you about Rumpca's workmanship. In a word FANTASTIC! We decided to go with the most efficient furnace and efficient, yet quiet, air conditioner. All our new equipment was made by Lennox so we are sure to find support for many years to come. This was the most expensive package at $9,900 but that was before $2000 in rebates and tax incentives. They removed all our old equipment and cleaned our air ducts while the old furnace was removed. This was an extra cost but we had just had a cat move out that was living us for two years. Rumpca did not tell us in what condition the air ducts were in but did say it was really a good idea we had that done. They also removed our old air conditioner and cement slab, installed a new pad and air conditioner in a different location and did such a god job re-landscaping that you could not tell the old pad even had existed. They also installed a new thermostat, an automatic humidifier on the furnace, a new chimney liner, a critter guard, and a new power box outside by the new air conditioner. And every pipe, every power cable, every hose were all perfectly placed neat as can be! A very professional job! And of course the basement was immaculate when they were finished. They cleaned up everything so you could not tell there was any work done. Absolutely spotless! And lastly, he filled out all the rebate forms and tax forms so all we had to do was send them in. I am very picky. So for me to make the following statement is few and far between It is rare to find such a professional and knowledgeable organization who makes good on their promises even beyond expectations. I highly recommend Pumpca and would call upon their services without hesitation. P.S. My heating bills have plummeted since I installed this new furnace.

He was very professional & thorough when he was gathering his info for his bid. He sent me his quote the next day. I believe Rumpca Heating is a honest company.

Our call to schedule a service appointment was professional. Workers arrived promptly, were careful to avoid tracking on floors or scratching walls, etc. They evaluated our situation, gave us choices of water heater size, recommended what was good for our living situation. They noted that our home required a combustion air duct to the outdoors in order to meet city code, so they installed that as well as the water heater. They were professional and thorough, which has been our experience with them in times past. They have always been up-front with us and we trust them.

Drain was opened. On a previous occasion I had a drain clogged in an other industrial building and had two people out who didn't have the equipment to clean the distance, after they had tried. One of them recommended Rumpca. No sense in calling two when you can call one who does the job.

Completed several small ductwork jobs I needed done for my DIY basement finishing. Worked the ducts into the spaces I had created for them. Worked it into those spaces even though I made them a bit too small in a couple spots. Work was completed quickly, at the price quoted, and with excellent quality. It is now over 6 years later and everything is working fine.

They have installed our Ac unit. They are a family owned operation, they are very good. Very reliable and usually the same sevrice tech that comes out. They are just great.

Overall, it worked and it was a very hot day when I needed help right away. Could have done it myself, but might not have been able to find the motor.

I called at 7:30 AM, the plumber was here by 8 AM and the job was completed beautifully by 9 AM. I find plumbing repairs intimdating because they are like a financial black hole, I normally have no idea how much a repair will cost. I was so pleased that this repair ended up being about half of what I expected. The young man who did the work was just excellent and left my laundry room cleaner than he found it. Needless to say, Rumpca made my day!!!

All of Rumpca's employees were friendly, punctual, and when they said they would follow up on a question they got back as promised. With the experience we had with Rumpca Services I would recommend this company for any work that they can perform.They should be at the top of Angies List in all categories.

Called in morning expecting an appointment in next week. Came hour later. Promptly did work to my satisfaction.

Water was leaking from basement duct work. Phoned for a service call to determine cause and repair. Jason and Josh showed up within 4-hours. After about 20-minutes, they traced the problem to a leaking refrigerator water supply hose. The water was leaking from the hose, through the kitchen floor behind the refrigerator and getting into the duct work through the untaped top duct seams. They went for new parts, and replaced the damaged braided water line and valve in less than two hours. Rumpca is my choice for all heating, air-conditioning and drainage problems. They're prompt, professional, competent and services are reasonably priced.
