Super Service Award Winner 2011, 2015, and 2016. Since 1984 Rumpca Services, Inc. has been providing our services to customers in the southeast metro area. We specialize in residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, duct cleaning, plumbing repair, sewer and drain cleaning services. We offer installation, sales and service of environmentally friendly furnaces, air conditioning systems. Whole house duct cleaning, installation of air cleaners, humidifiers, heat recovery ventilators (HRV & ERV), sheet metal work, gas piping and other related services. The sewer, drain cleaning and plumbing repair division has been a part of the family for two generations and includes cleaning of all types of drains, main lines, floor drains, sinks, hydro jetting service, camera service, pipe thawing and other various services. We at Rumpca Services pride ourselves in high quality workmanship and believe our prompt, reliable service is essential to the success of our business. Description of Work: I'm remodeling my basement and needed to add duct work that currently doesn't exist. I got an estimate for a bathroom fan for the new bathroom we are building, moving some existing main trunks, adding 4 feed lines, a double and a single return. Though we did not select this company, they have been nothing but friendly, courteous and respectful. He showed up on time for the estimate, listened attentively to everything I wanted done and walked me through his recommendations.

Description of Work: With my home water turned off, Jason arrived earlier than promised the day after I called. Removed faucet valve stem that owner had been unable to remove and had damaged. With persistence and great effort was able to remove stem and, working with owner replaced washers to avoid future problems. Repaired and replaced tub spout that was determined to be the real source of leak and not the faucet. Replaced main line shut off valve that was very old and would not shut off completely.

Description of Work: AC was blowing air but not cooling. I was provided a one hour window for arrival of a technician; the technician called 20 minutes prior to the scheduled window and arrived at the beginning of the window. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He added coolant to my system and told me how to keep an eye out for leaks and when it would be appropriate to give them another call.

Description of Work: Furnace tune-up, serviced Aprilaire humidifier. Jason got us on the schedule right away within a couple of days and were flexible with time even on the day of the appointment when we had a conflict arise. The technician was friendly, efficient and helpful in explaining what to do to prevent future issues.
