It went great! On time and professional. All services performed as promised in a timely manner. We appreciated they took the time to explain things, and also allowed us cut the holes in the ceiling to cut costs. Would definitely hire them again and refer them to friends and family. The electrical panel we had was as safety hazard and from my research, they were absolutely right. Another contractor recently told us the same thing. Had that replaced in a matter of a few hours, so we were not without electricity for very long during the panel replacement.

I like that the owner, Donnie, comes out and looks at the job. I do a lot of do-it-yourself stuff, so, sometimes I do not know exactly what the electrical part requires. He is very conversant with electrical codes and how to do things. He will advise me on what to do. Then, I can put my electrical in and everything will be fit and meet code. So, he works well with DIY people as opposed to saying not to do anything that he will take care of everything and then charge you twice as much. His communication is really good. We have known them for years and used them a lot. He has electricians that work for him and the first thing they do when they come in the house is put down the tarp, take their shoes off, put on indoor shoes, clean up afterwards, and tell you what they are doing. We had at least of his electricians in the house and they were all really good. I think they are all family too.

I had problems with all my landscape lighting and they had put it in. They came and they worked with me to get it going. I don't have any negative thing to say. I've used them for years and years. All the electrical work done in this house was done by them. When they say they're going to be here, they come and I think their pricing had always been fair, I haven't felt like they were taking me to the cleaners and I think they do a good job. They leave and whatever they came to fix is fixed. Since I use only them and I don't go out for bids, I have no idea what the competition would be charging but I think they are reasonable. I don't go to other people to get bids on the same thing to find out if they're cheaper.

I used them before for a wiring short. The last time was part of an insurance claim. They are the only electrical company I've had so I'm not sure about the price but I think it is probably pretty comparable.

I spent about $200 on the job. It was a very good experience. I would recommend them. I think they were very friendly and very respectful of my house. They even took their shoes off. They were very helpful. In the house that I had purchased, some work had been done by the home owner previously and they checked that out for me to make sure it was safe. They also did some additional work for me. I would use them again in the future.

There was a bit of a delay and it took a bit longer to get the job completed, but I was not unhappy about that. The quality of the work was great.
