Called and left voice mail; pleasant lady in office returned my call same day, confirmed contact info, and let me know Frank would follow up the next day. He did not, and that was three weeks ago. Three other firms from Angie's List all returned bids in a timely manner. I decided not to follow up with Zamora's Concrete.

Frank was prompt in providing quotation and answered all necessary questions. However, the final decision was made to go with another vendor who quoted a lower price and was available to meet my schedule.

Installation was smooth. Very responsive. Frank was on site overseeing entire operation from start to finish.

We were extremely happy with him. We had no complaints whatsoever. The crew worked very hard and they were very amendable to our requests. Frank was very conscientious about contacting us and keeping in touch with us. Their work was just exemplary. We are absolutely planning to have some more work done by them next year.

They were great. They got it done quickly and it was exactly what we wanted. Their pricing was competitive.

This job entailed breaking up and removing the concrete from a cracked and uneven patio, along with a portion of sidewalk. Mechanical equipment could not be used, so all materials had to be transported either by wheelbarrow or by hand. A wrought iron fence had to be removed and replaced into the new concrete. A stairway up a hill had the bricks removed and replaced by concrete, all hand carried in buckets. This work was done at my convenience, not theirs, on time and in an orderly manner. Frank is very easy to work with and the job turned out excellent. I am very pleased.

Frank was quick to respond and performed the work within two weeks of quote. Showed up on time and began work. Finish work was so so. The joints in the concrete were not cut straight which is disappointing if I ever want to completely replace the driveway with concrete. The expansion joints were not installed to the full depth of the concrete either (which could cause the slab to push on the foundation and cause problems). Overall work was a little sloppy. Would certainly not hire him again.
