NORTHWEST CARPET & UPHOLSTERY CLEANERS

I used Northwest Carpet Cleaners recently and am very disappointed in the quality of their service. They were very kind people; however, the quality was not good. They left me with dirty carpet after paying $429. The high traffic areas of my carpet were pretty dirty, and they were unable to clean it. I took out my own carpet cleaner and was able to get a lot more dirt up. I called them and told them I was very unsatisfied. They were very apologetic and came back and attempted to clean it more. They were still unable to get it clean to my liking and eventually ended up telling me it was simply just “wear and tear” ...which I find to be an excuse. My carpet is only two years old. They also did not suck up enough water they sprayed on the carpet and now my carpet smells like dirty wet carpet. The carpet also feels like it is still dirty and like there was still chemicals/soap left on the carpet. It took much longer for my carpet to dry than it has in past when I've used other carpet cleaners, or even when I‘ve cleaned it myself. Unfortunately, I will now need to spend more money to have a “Professional” come out to clean my carpet. SO VERY disappointed and will not recommend or use their service again! I am updating this review with more disappointing information...It has been 3 days since Northwest was out and "cleaned" my carpet. My basement smells so dirty and moldy that I will need to call a true carpet professional and spend more money to have them come out and clean my carpets the way they should have been...I'm so disappointed! I added some pictures to my review...these are after pictures. the dirty water is what I pulled up out of the carpet, after using my own personal carpet clearner twice after they left.

They did a fantastic job on our new home, the sellers even wanted their contact information! They set up fans so all would be dry for our move the next day.

Excellent and detailed cleaning. Moved furniture as needed. Placed furniture on blocks after cleaning. Dan was very friendly and hard working. I've trusted him in the past to clean while on vacation. Very trustworthy.

They did a great job. Gave us a price upfront, did work as told and carpets looked great when done.

Came on time. Very respectful of wood floors, reviewed what had to be done and told us the cost. When they had completed the work they told us they would come back if we were not satisfied.They called the next day and we told them the spots had reappeared although lighter. They immediately scheduled a time to come back. They came back at the time promised and worked on the spots a second time. We were very pleased with the final result.

Very well. I called one day, they piked up the rug the next day, and returned the very next day. It was a beautiful cleaning job. The rug is spotless and much brighter. I have never experienced such responsive service.

Great experience. Very friendly, timely and professional from the first phone call to drop off. And our rugs look and smell like brand new. The price was very reasonable, (they had a "March" sale with meant about $35 off) The service of pick up and drop off made it so easy and my rugs were back within about a week. I'm very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone. Dan ( I think) is one of the two brothers who own and run the business. Great company, great service!

I have pets. Normally, when I heave the rugs into my car and deliver them to the rug cleaners, someone gives me a look that says "how could you possibly allow your pets to do this to an oriental?" Since I need my rugs cleaned regularly, I've been looking for a place with more reasonable rates (deep cleaning can get expensive) and doesn't make me feel guilty. I searched the web and stumbled upon Northwest Carpet. After talking to one of the owners, Dan, I decided to give them a try. I am VERY happy with the results. They did a great job. The rugs are stain and odor-free; the fringe edges are neat and tidy. I will definitely be using this company in the future. The fact they pick up and deliver (no heaving into the car) is a great bonus. All this in less than a week.
