Description of Work: They did not do anything. I called three times to inquire about their services and never received a call back. While I didn't use them, the fact that they could not return a call speaks volumes.

+ -1 moreJeff and his crew showed up as promised and did a great job on the installation from start to finish. Jeff was honest and open with design tips and didn't lead me to the most expensive options but also made sure I didn't go so cheap I would regret it.
Description of Work: Put in three separate patio areas including a raised one. Also installed a water feature.

+ -1 moreThey were phenominal! They came on Friday to start the work (which is when he told us they would begin), got the grading done on Friday so we could do our work over the weekend. They installed the retaining wall, irrigation and sod the following next week and were done on Wednesday. We could not have asked for a better landscaper to work with - he was easy to work with, flexible, punctual and most importantly did a wonderful job on our landscaping. We could not have asked for a better experience!
Description of Work: We asked Jeff Jordan of New Look to come out to give us an estimate on landscaping for our yard. We have new construction with just a dirt pile for the yard at our house. He came and discussed seeding/hydroseeding/sodding and we decided to go wtih sod because of the immediate results you get with sod. We also had an irrigation system installed as well as a retaining wall. He was very flexible in working with us as we wanted to do a little bit of the work ourselves (edging around the house) as well as plant our own trees. We also need a patio put in and if we can find a way to make it work financially this summer, we will definitely have him and his crew come out to do that as well.
