Had my house being painted android several wasp nests. I called Be There Pest Control , they came out that afternoon. Had tried to use cans of wasp spray unsuccessfully myself. This company responded quickly and it has taken care of the problem. The painter was happy with the work they did.

We called and told them the problem and they came and sprayed inside the home. Because it was winter, they couldn't spray outside right then. But they came back in the spring and sprayed again, for a total of 5 treatments. We have pets in the home and it didn't affect them at all. We didn't have any more concrete ants after their treatment, and it also cut down on the other bugs around the house.

. They found the source of the ants which were on a tree behind our house. They said that all over, we would need a second treatment which they normally do four or five months later. They did such a good job that we did not need a second treatment. Now we need them to take care of mice, box elder bugs and termites. I know they will do a good job. They were very reasonable. It was $70 for the treatment around the house for box elder bugs and $165 for the mice and I think $125 for the carpenter ants. They did a non-toxic inside the house as we have a lot of asthma and allergy around the house and they sprayed around the tree. They used only eco friendly stuff. I was really surprised how knowledgeable they were. Normally the box elder bugs are on the south west side of the house. They told me so many things that I did not even know and was impressed that they already knew. They got a plan which is nice to hear. So I am going to stick with them.

Mike and Erik were very punctual. They asked me where the infestations were on the property. They answered all my questions. They are both very personable and helpful. They explained how they treated the problem and what we should expect. They also offered advice about prevention.

In 2008 and 2009, we used Be There for carpenter ants at an old home. They were very effective. In 2010 we moved into a different house with an extensive basement and lots of centipedes! We set up a program of 3 barrier applications for the year - all 3 appointments totalling about $240. They were prompt and timely, and did a great job. They are very good at explaining what they do, what to expect and answering any questions. In 2010 we also used Be There for our rental property which had carpenter ants - again, they were very prompt and did a great job. Also, when one of my tenants found a cockroach (and I totally freaked out), I called Be There. Mike answered my questions, gave me great advice for free, which I passed along to my tenants. There have been no more cockroach sightings. We will definitely hire them again this year

I used this company for carpenter ants about 8 years ago and was pleased with their service. I had ants again this summer. I called the morning that I noticed them and the exterminator came to my house at lunchtime that same day. The insecticide that they used had no odor and was safe for pets and humans. They also sprayed outside of my home, garage and trees. I paid for the one treatment now (inside/outside) and then they will come back late summer/fall to spray again outside only.

Prompt, effective, I did not have to be home for it-great service.

Their response time is very quick. They are available and very patient with answering follow up questions. There have been times I have had questions about the effectiveness of the service and they have come out and either re-done it or checked it out.

Mike was very professional, I've used them for two seasons now and found them to do very effective work for a very competitive price.

I showed him the laundry room where the cats were catching the mice. When he got up on a step stool, he could see tunnels in the ceiling insulation. He checked the rest of the house, but I'd never seen any evidence of mice, just the cats catching them. Plus I keep all food and garbage put away because of the cats. So he checked the foundation and while he did seal a few small holes, he admitted that he had not found the entrance. He baited traps in the laundry room and left. Within 12 hours the traps had caught 3 mice. I called them back and was told that because I had a shared wall with a neighbor that they couldn't do any more. I'd just have to continue to trap them. That weekend a nest of babies showed up and then I continued to trap about 2 a week. So I called another pest control company and they found the entrance and sealed it. I have no idea how Be There missed it! When I told Be There that another company had found and fixed the problem, they didn't seem to care.
