Everything was fine.
Description of Work: Plumbing was out for our humidifier and noticed a problem with our water softener. We use a different service for our softener, so it was especially nice of him to mention it.

Description of Work: ON 2 OCCAISIONS I CALLED B&D PLUMBING & HEATING FOR SERVICES. THEY WERE APATHETIC TO EMERGENCIES,( TO RESOND IN A TIMELY MANNER.).... I ONLY CALLED THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY CLOSE TO MY HOME.... I WOULD NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE WAY TO BUSY TO RESPOND TO AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING CONDITION........BUT THEY ARE EXCELLENT IN SAYING "HAVE A NICE DAY". THIS COMPANY SUCKS!
