Awesome service! Wayne was a fabulous plumber, courteous, knowledgeable and on time.

They came to give estimate and performed all services timely and at good price. They were punctual, professional and clean.

B&D Plumbing and Heating was great to work with. Our furnace went out overnight and we woke up to a cold house. I called at 7am when they opened and they were out to look at the furnace around 8. They quickly found the problem and offered to repair it. However, the repair cost was over half the cost of a new furnace so it made more sense to put a new furnace in. They were able to get a new furnace in the next day and provided us with several electric heaters to help keep our house warm until they new unit was installed. We also decided to replace/upgrade several other items including our A/C unit (it had been leaking Freon) and our water heater as both were aging and not keep up with our demand. In the end, we spent more than we originally wanted to although that was our choice as B&D offered several pricing options for us to consider. The service technician (Nick) was great and didn't pressure us at all. I would definitely recommend B&D as they were upfront and honest with pricing and offered several lower and higher cost options and adequately explained the pro-cons of each option.

Per above comments. All went very well Plumbers arrived on time and the job was finished in the time given to me. They were polite and professional, even dealt with my dog who would not leave them alone and answering my questions. They cleaned up after themselves and so far everything is working great. I just have to have someone to come back next week to help me understand the thermostat and what I need to do for ongoing maintenance.

Last night at 10:30 we had a pipe spring a leak in our basement. After turning off the water main, I searched Angie's List and luckily found B&D Plumbing who advertised Emergency Plumbing repairs. Called and was speaking to a plumber within a few minutes. Didn't have to leave a message then wait for a return call! Toby was at our house within an hour. He was very friendly and professional and repaired the problem in a short matter of time. Would definitely use B&D again. A+ plumbing company!!

The plumber indicated he unplugged/plugged in and lit the pilot light and was not going to try to figure out what caused the pilot light to go out as I should just replace it...he would do it for $2500 (standard 50 gal). This was really disappointing as I had two other plumbers assess. I was told the heater is in very good condition and there is no need for replacement. I also learned it would cost no more than $1500 to replace. $260 for 5 minutes worth of work with no assessment, no part replacement???? Make sure to get more opinions when possible.

While waiting for the air to drain the technician took the time and went over some very handy furnace checks. Very nice service.

Service man was on time - very polite & did his job - tester left.

Tobey came out first and gave an estimate then returned to install. He was very professional. Explained why our old softener was no longer doing the job and showed us what the improvement could become for us.

Had a time of between 9 am - 10 am, showed up at 9 am on the dot. Was very courteous, wore boot covers to keep clean, very efficient and was gone by 9:35 am.

When I called for service, I was transferred to scheduling and there was asked to leave a message on their voice answering service. They returned the call within thirty minutes and scheduled an appointment in a timely manner. Service person arrived at the scheduled time. Service person presented himself well and was shown the repairs that were needed. He them gave us an estimate and we approved the work to be done. He was efficient, clean and left things better than he found them. He seemed to know his job well and answered all questions in an understandable manner. He made suggestions that seemed appropriate and were appreciated. I thought the price was more expensive that I had hoped but I do not know if it is comparable to what other plumbers would charge. I liked him and his work and for me the price was all right. I have used other plumbers in the past and found their work or demeanor lacking. I would definitely use this plumber service again.

We had a water problem in the basement utility room but weren't sure what the problem was. We called B & D at 8AM. They were here at 10AM. They replaced a burned out motor in the lift pump. They were unbelievably responsive, very professional. I have used B & D in the past and will continue to use them. They do a great job and are always pleasant to deal with.

Making appointment was very pleasant and courteous. Technician was clean & pleasant & knowledgeable in rotor & service. Was a very welcoming experience.

The problem I called them for--the water leak--was solved and did not reoccurred. I called another plumber who confirmed the need to replace to furnace.

AC person came, discussed what he was doing, performed job, did the job, presented bill, got paid. Chatted briefly (just enough to be kind & courteous). He was work-oriented & did his job. No complaints.

They accommodated my schedule and responded quickly.

They did a great job cleaning out the furnance and fixing a broken baffle on the air exchanger. Everything is working better than it did before. John and Noah were very professional and helpful. I asked a lot of questions and they were very patient.

They where quick and efficient in removing the old system and installing the new system and also education us on the new systems use and abilities. Also recommended the type of salt to best us.

John was great. He assessed the problem, fixed it, and gave me a discount for being a regular customer.
