Very well. Rob, thoroughly explained several options for the work that needed to be done.

The only unfortunate thing that happened was when I got home and looked at everything done I noticed a minor leak. However, we called B&D's 24hr plumbing hotline and someone was at our home within 45 minutes and fixed it quickly. The on-call plumber was very nice and his first question was "Did anything get damaged?". I was very surprised and pleased. Most companies do not seem to care about that!! My wife was very happy with the installer's clean-up, his use of drop cloths, and his explanations of the new water softener and all work performed. The new water softener appears to be very high quality and I'm sure we will be happy with it. We will definitely use B&D for other plumbing services. The only other con I have is that I thought for the amount of money we spent, enough salt could've been left to at least fill up the bin. It looked like only a bag or two was put in the bin.

Plumber was on time; I got a courtesy call he was on his way, also an email with his photo & bio. He noted any issues and suggestions for remedy of hard water. Very helpful & personable. I have an ongoing relationship with this company and think very highly of them.

Their after hours support was onsite within an hour of calling. Within a half hour they had us back running and was great at explaining what went wrong.

Extremely well, at least from my POV. (Well, it was a little noisy, but what would you expect?) The problem with the a/c developed a couple of weeks after my previous experience, so I called B&D again; after discussion decided that replacement of both was a good idea. The majority of the work was done in an all-day session on 9/23/16, with finishing on 9/26 and the final touch (duct cleaning) on 10/6, for which the delay was all my fault. Luckily, both September days were good in terms of temperature, which can matter very much. These people are incredibly good at fitting large pieces of equipment neatly into small spaces (as with the water heater, softener and filter installation previously reviewed); my mechanical room looks full, but is also fully functional and I will be able to get the washer/dryer in and out if/when that time comes. As before, the crew cleaned up behind itself and took away the old equipment (thank you!). The new equipment is from Lennox; I now have a thermostat which will give notifications of problems (and which I have yet to figure out completely: that will come.). The duct cleaning is out-sourced, but fully deserves the same AAA ratings. We just made the deadline for rebates from Xcel and CenterPoint, and filing for those was taken care of for me. I have, unfortunately, forgotten everyone's name. The cats naturally hated the whole experience.

Rob Koehler was name of person who came. Plumber came the day after 1st call at arranged time. Friendly person, acquaintances in common. Quality installed new toilet. We didn’t do any research or competitive bids so don’t know about price but we are happy with the experience & results.

Was very pleased that I was able to talk to someone and they agreed to come out as soon as possible. I think they were here in about an hour. Toby assess the old pump was kaput and installed a new, more sophisticated model that was promptly removing the standing water. He even installed a new, longer hose on the outside of the home. I received a quote for a batter back-up that I hope to acquire so that if the power goes out, I don't have to worry about a flood again. Thanks for all the help.

It went very well. I called the emergency number about 10:30 p.m., and Rob came out, turned off the water heater (I couldn't move the lever due to hard water encrustation) and rigged a hose to drain the heater into the shower. The next morning Wayne showed up b/4 9 a.m., assessed the situation, explained the possibilities, and when I chose to replace both the heater and the softener (also probably at the end of useful life) as well as add a carbon filter, he called in for equipment, supplies, and help. The whole thing, with two working at it, took about 5 hours, but when they finished I had clean, soft, hot (when wanted) water on tap. Wayne also gave me a quick review of how things worked (the instruction manuals have been hung on the wall to be handy). He and his colleague (I didn't retain the name, sorry) made a very good job of getting all of this into a small laundry/mechanical room; it's not much more cramped than it was. They cleaned up the area when they finished (and I think left it cleaner than they found it, which considering my housekeeping style is above and beyond the call of duty), and took the old equipment away. (They also collected Rob's hose.) For the new softener, they recovered salt from the old unit for me as well as supplying new salt. I signed up for their 10-year plan with annual inspection, so I was given the details on that, as well as, among other information, a refrigerator magnet (how to reach them), a jar opener (which also tells how to reach them), and a postage-paid review form for Angie's List (unnecessary as I can do so here). BTW, Angie's List had supplied a coupon.

I was great. We just became their customers a year ago. They replaced our furnace at my ropers today they did maintenance inspection ever/one of their staff have been nice & competent.

We scheduled for 6/28 Mathias rescheduled for 6/29, once we showed up, very good price was a lot high considering we brought the new toilet.

The guys were on time, cleaned up after themselves and explained how to operate each of the items. We were very impressed with their professionalism from meeting with the sales person to the installers. The company also submits the paperwork for the rebates that we will receive from Xcel and Centerpoint. They helped with the financing of the upgrades and took the time to answer all of our questions. They were great!

Tom arrived early (after the office called & asked if he could come early) & he brought another staff person w/him. They worked quickly & efficiently.

The technician was on time and was professional in all aspects. He made some suggestions and they were good. He replaced two thirty-year old leaky faucets with better quality faucets than the original. I have used this company many times in the past and would never consider using any other. I don't know how the price compares to others and, because of the work quality, I don't care.

Initially the drain was plugged. Need to pressurize the heater to get flow. The contractor was on time. Very neat. Even used booties. Removal and install went smoothly. He needed to modify exhaust to remedy the difference in size.

It was great to have both appliances serviced on same day. Crew was punctual and provided great service.

Very pleasant to work with, they worked with me on schedule. They did the final walk thru with me and explained how everything works. Were just so helpful, they explained everything even though I don't think they had to.

Great service, went beyond expectations. Spent more than I wanted, but it was worth it. Great local company!

They are good and always put on coverings on their shoes and try to make sure they clean up areas they have worked in.

Our repairman was courteous and very helpful. Showed us several replacement thermostats - showed wireless options. Replaced the unit and helped us get it online. He was very helpful.

Austin was on time and articulated. The situation completely. Not pushy. No headaches. wore shoe protection while in house.
