He came to our home to provide an estimate for 3 different levels of refinishing. He was flexible in scheduling the job. He let us know what to expect throughout the process. He completed the job on schedule. We are very pleased with the results. He will be doing the first cleaning of the floor in order to teach us how to care for and maintain our hardwood floor.

I have known Todd Theisen for years so I knew right away I wanted him to manage the flooring for our large remodeling project. I had been feeling very anxious about how much had to be done to refinish so much of our main level and the mess I anticipated. Todd took such great care, there was virtually no mess! He also takes care to clean up anything that does get dirty afterwards. Todd provides such a quality product with the finest attention to detail and service that it's quite amazing his prices are so competitive. There were many places he was literally sanding and finishing by hand to make sure it was just right. Although using such a dark stain is tricky because it can show any mistakes or flaws quite easily, our floor looked fantastic when Todd finished. It really added to the overall remodel in a beautiful way. Todd really is a craftsman who does fine work. He is honest and his company's name says it all......Integrity. Todd arrived exactly when he said he would. He used high-efficiency dust extraction equipment, so there was very little dust in the house. His completion estimate was right on time. Most of the work was done when we were at work, so Todd kept us updated by emailing pictures of his progress several times a day, per our request. He was professional and a pleasure to work with.

The guy was extremely professional, clean and fast. He was really pleasant and did his job well. He was just terrific. I have nothing to compare the price to; he charged me $850 to do a mud room and a small bathroom. He did a beautiful job and matched everything. Quality was outstanding and I honor him.
