Here's the scoop: On August 31, 2016, I had a 10:00 AM appointment with Minnesota Home Improvement, a representative did show up and did measurements, gave suggestions and said by the following Monday or Tuesday (September 5 - 6, 2016) he would deliver the quote, but none was delivered. I waited until September 16 and emailed the company with questions why a quote was not delivered. To date, September 23, I have not received any response from them. I now do not need one anymore as I have selected a contractor. Because of waiting for their non-response I wasted 1-1/2 weeks. I have moved on . . . .

+ 0 moreRemoved and disposed of old soffets and fascia. Replaced old support boards where necessary. Installed steel soffets and fascia. Troubleshot and caulked a section of roof above a soffet that had been the source of water seepage in old soffets. As of 2/25/15, the simple fix has been effective and we are very grateful for their expertise, additional effort, and thoughtfulness. We have more projects that we hope to address as early as this spring. This business will be approached for a bid and may be given extra consideration.

Description of Work: Replaced roof shingles, damaged roof decking, and damaged facia boards. Great experience from start to finish. The job was thoroughly explained all my questions were answered at the time of the estimate. The job was started on time, completed on time, and at the price discussed. They will be my first call for any future home improvement needs. Very satisfied.
