Chuck & team arrived on time, we talked and I showed them all the areas that needed work. There were 4-5 men that worked 5 hours.

All went as planned - arrived on time, worked efficiently and clean up done as promised.

Overall went well - cleaned up after themselves - listed to what I had to say - responded in a timely fashion and followed through.

They worked quickly. Cleaned up well. Trees and shrubs looked well manicured.

We asked them to wait until late August or early September to cut down the tree. They called a week in advance to set up a day and then called to confirm the day prior.

Balsam shower on time when weather allow as, All Trimming and removed was done with care and safety clean up was complete and clean.

They first came out and gave us a written estimate and explained what equipment would be needed and the time involved to do the work. They then came out at the appropriate time since oak trees cannot be trimmed when actively growing. They were very efficient and when they were done everything was completely cleaned up. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have a 2-1/2 acre lot with many trees. Thanks to Balsam Tree and Shrub Care I was able to get control of my trees, the good and bad ones, and able to set up our yard for well controlled and managed growth going forward. I found the service team very knowledgeable and educated in the care of all types of trees. After a lot of good advice, Balsam provided services in at two different times of the year. In each case, they arrived when promised and performed the work and clean up with a great deal of professionalism. Overall, I was very pleased with the service.

Called in the morning and left a message, and recieved a call back in the afternoon from Megan a Landscape Archittect and owner.We scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon. Megan came out and reviewed all the current shrubs, trees and planting areas, as well as reviewed the new planting area I wanted.We then sat on the porch and talk as she put a qoute and planting area design together. After agreeing to the quote and design, we scheduled the work for the next week.The work was completed on schedule and at the quoted price, and it looks wonderful. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did.
