Arrived when promised with crew 4 or 5 did the work as promised and did a thorough clean up.

They came promptly after I called, worked efficiently & neatly with 3 men, a bucket truck & wood chipper. I have been using them regularly for years!

All of the work they did was excellent. Chuck and Megan were extremely helpful and shared their expertise in evaluating what needed to be done. They had to come out multiple times because the job was so large, but were always here exactly when they said they would be and always called to update us on the project. With such a large job, there was always a lot of clean up, but every time they were here, their crew left the yard spotless. We would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Called Balsam Tree and set up time to assess job. Cam within 2 weeks and completed. Followed our instructions well. Cleaned up well.

All services were performed with a week of the phone call I made to them. I went to work and came home to find the work complete with no trace of leaves or branches around the yard. They are clearly very skilled at their profession. I've used them twice before and will definitely use them again.

Megan came out and provided a detailed estimate of the work to be performed. Scheduling the actual work was a bit difficult due to equipment needing to be repaired and employee vacations. But Megan kept me clearly informed throughout, which I greatly appreciate.

They always do their work exactly as ordered and after they are finished, there is no evidence that they were there except for the work that was done.

Megan came and took pictures of ash trees that were looking sick. Suggested treatment with fertilizer. Trimmed locust trees affecting roof. She has followed up to check on impact on ash trees

Small weed trees need to be removed from the wetland behind our house several times during the year in order to maintain the water view. I have done this in the past but have decided to contract this work out. Balsam Tree & Shrub was doing some work in my neighbors yard and I asked for a quote for the work, including removal, which they provided on the spot. Several weeks later I called and asked if they could do the work when they're in the area. Several days later they called and scheduled the work for the next day. Two gentlemen showed up on schedule and reviewed what was to be done. Upon completion they came to the door and asked if we wanted to check their work and make sure they hadn't missed anything. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work, appearance or courtesy and will use them again!

Came and did a great job taking down a tree for us that was in a challenging location. The fee was very reasonable for the level of difficulty.

I couldn't as for better service. The estimate was accurate, they worked around my travel schedule, turned up promptly and accomplished exactly what we had discussed. In addition, the crew also removed an additional branch from a large tree in the back yard. A great bunch to work with.

3 men worked for 1 hour and 15 minutes to do the work.They were careful about not injuring the lawn in their work and clean up. Travis gave us advice on pumping needs later and when to schedule.

The utilities were flagged promptly and the stump removal done soon after. The work was good.

Chuck and Meghan are truly experts. They do great work, but also provide expertise on how to care for more than 50 oak trees on our property.

They spent significant time on first visit (estimate) to advise and prepare a plan for trimming trees and making our yard look its best.

They did a great job as usual. We have used them many times.

I have used this arborist only for the last 10 years. Expert work in trimming trees. Removal of tree was done well and clean up was complete.
