They arrived and performed the work as stated. However the cleaning of carpets was excellent but they also did the wood floors and there were some areas of the floors that weren't as well done.

The guys were very friendly and professional and they knew what they were doing.

The gentleman was very professional, courteous & punctual. He did not try to pressure me into work I did not want done, but he also was very willing to do extra work (cleaning the chairs & stairs) that I had not originally ordered. I was very impressed with him. The cleaning done was acceptable given the fact that our carpet is starting to wear and the stains on the chairs were bad. He did not promise he could get all the stains out, but he did what he could, and the carpet and chairs look better than before they were cleaned.

They were very careful about knocking the furniture or walls. They came in, went to business, and finished it. I liked how they clean because it didn't take forever for it to dry.

They were professional and courteous. They seemed to do a good job. The carpet turned out as well as it could have. We have cats and dogs, so the carpets got dirty. Some other prices may be a little cheaper.

They are my usual and I use them all the time. They are good. Their usual service is 2 rooms for $99 and additional for each step they do. We have multiple pets and they get the carpets looking really clean and the nap is back and smells clean. There are some stains they can't get out but they are the best at getting out the stains versus the other carpet cleaning companies I've used.

I have had multiple dogs since 1995, and that is the only reason why I use someone for carpet cleaning. I have used different kinds of carpet cleaners but they just don?t compare with Stanley Steemer. I have even used them in other states. I - and other people - have scrubbed a lot and tried to get stuff off the carpet and have not succeeded, but they have been successful. I don?t know how they do it or what is different about their set up. When they come in, they move furniture too. They are phenomenal when it comes to pet problems. There are some crews that have come in and tried to up-sell me. I?ve kind of learnt from having them so often that I have to put my foot down at the beginning when I call to schedule the appointment. I don?t want to be up-sold, and so I am really specific about what I want. They may offer me different things when they come in but my requirements are not subject to haggling. They don?t put high pressure on me. They will make the offer to me but I ensure that they know that I am not obligated to take it. Usually, they have a deal going on in terms of price. I will usually call and ask them if they have a particular sale going on, and they?ll tell me. They?ll charge me anywhere from $99 to $119 for three rooms; this last time, I paid $99 for 3 rooms. They will charge 5 or 10 bucks extra for the stairs. We even get the stairs done, and so we usually end up paying about $150. We have at least 13 stairs going up. Their professionalism would depend on the kind of crew that I get, but even then, I am happy with them. They are terrific, and I would use them in a heartbeat. I have them back at least twice a year. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

They were very prompt. They used furniture pads so it wouldn't be sitting on wet carpet. They got out the stains that were in the carpet.

I was really happy with what they did. They didn't use any soap, so I didn't have a smell. The carpets were cleaner than they have ever been. The carpet in our family room was filthy. We basically lived in the family room for two years because I wasn't healthy. A friend who does work for us recommended them. I may have them clean the carpet in my car. I moved the small things and they moved all the other furniture. The carpets were dry within an hour. I was very pleased with what they did. The price was excellent.
