Started out great. Then did have days, charging me drive time to and from, did poor job at the end. I had to do some of their work and the restoration company had to redo their job. Didn't cover items the broke or threw away. The bill was way over the top for their services.

They were terrible. I would not recommend them. Our whole basement ended up flooding of the fact that the people that came out to do the work damaged our walls. They went on their lunch break and we still had standing water in our basement. We had furniture that was standing in the water and we had just finished our basement a month before that. We told them if they could get the water out as soon as possible that would be great, because we had special wood flooring down there that could stand a little bit of water. They didn't listen to us and they didn't get the water out or pick up the flooring before they went on their lunch break. They moved our pool table and we told them that we would help them, because you have to move it in a certain way. They didn't listen and they separated it, so we had somebody came out and fix the pool table. And then there was holes in the walls, they didn't care in keeping it so that everything was presentable. They definitely were not professional.
