Description of Work: I called to have an estimate on a piano moved. I called and talked with a really nice man and he was very helpful over the phone. He said he would send a guy to look at our house because I thought the entry ways would pose a problem to bringing in this piano. The guy he sent out was nice. Quick. Said he'd have the office call with an appointment. Never heard from them again. I called again and spoke with a woman and told her I wanted my piano moved from my moms to my house, and I called before and we all agreed it was a go but no one ever called again. She said she would check would the guys and then SHE never called back. Guess they don't need my business.
