Brian Nygaard was very professional and punctual. He walked me through everything as he was checking it, and what might go wrong or right with what he saw. He explained it so well and simple enough that a first time buyer like myself could understand it. He also provided a document both printed right on site, and emailed to me that had everything that he saw and what we had talked about. It made my life easier with that as I was able to give it to our realtor to have any issues fixed without me missing something. Best part is he also offered a military discount.

Brian Nygaard ((320)761-0077 npi.centralmn@gmail.com was very professional , punctual, detail oriented ;showed and explained everything in basic terms.. He took pictures and notes on everything before that needed attention so I can sound professional when calling pros. He was very patient with me a First Time Buyer. My Realtor was very impressed also.
