+ -1 moreThe office mgr. said it would take 30 to 45 days. As of Feb. 7, 2015 it is still not done. They did not install the flag holders according to the drawing we gave the office mgr. and they did not install the 72" concrete base I ordered. They just placed the granite slab in a hole at the cemetery. The office mgr. is always pleasant but the work does not get done correctly or done at all. They didn't even let me preview their work before installing it at the cemetery and didn't even let me know they placed it at the cemetery until I called for an update. My husband and I drove 187 miles to the cemetery to see what they did. I called the office mgr. and sent her pictures from the cemetery. She said she talked to the guys and would let me know when the base will be installed so my husband and I can drive the 187 miles to make sure it's installed correctly. I have not heard from her as of this day, Feb. 7, 2015.
Description of Work: I signed a contract on Aug. 11, 2014 to have my dad's headstone redone.
