Description of Work: Sunday afternoon bathroom drain broke. Jacob came out immediately and fixed it. He cleaned up nicely afterwards. He was prompt and very courteous.

JPM never made it out to paint, despite knowing (and agreeing) we had a timeframe to sell our house. Since late May we were "next on the list" and work should start "mid next week." JPM never called with updates, we had to initiate all status updates. Finally, in early July JPM admitted there were still houses to finish from last year before ours. We got tired of the run-around and canceled.
Description of Work: JPM agreed, around April, to paint the outside of our house in late May/early June.
