+ -1 moreThe frames of the windows he installed were stained too dark, but he would not acknowledge this. Once he was paid he did acknowledge that we wanted the frames stained lighter but he would not fix them to be stained correctly. He was not interested in our input at all. I spoke to him later about the windows and he did admit on that call that the frames were too dark. We had already waited 6 months for the windows to be put in, so instead of continuing to fight about the color, we just had him install them. Now we will have to pay someone else to restain the frames.
Description of Work: Installed new windows.
