I had bought a universal charger from them about a year before and I checked to see how much I would need for an adapter that I couldn't find for another brand of computer. The guy looked in the back and came out with an adapter and gave it to me for free. I also checked about what looked like a possible problem with part of the laptop side plate coming off. They could have said that I needed to replace it and charged me for it, but said that it wouldn't affect the computer (other than looks). I'm impressed.

It was an emergency. They did it in two hours.

My brother was in need of an upgrade to his laptop. Because of his Parkinson's Disease, he has trouble thinking quickly and absorbing new concepts - which is hard to watch as he is very intelligent and used computers quite a bit before the disease hit. Katie, the owner, was very patient and outlined three basic choices for him. AND she showed him several times what the difference was. AND waited patiently for him to ask his questions -- she focused on him the entire time.While I have been going to Comuter Renaissance for many years and have purchased both computers and services from this company, my admiration of this company grew during this latest encounter.

I like the service there. They're friendly and I feel that they're very good at repairing computers.

Katie from Computer Renaissance Company was very accommodating. She got the job done. She was very personable. She showed me how the set up was done. She was easy to work with. She has got really good people skills. She would tell me upfront if something won’t work. It was just wonderful. I was very happy with her. She was out here for three hours because she kept adding on things. She not only set up the network, she also linked some computers, set up a share drive and a whole bunch of other things that I hadn’t originally planned on doing. She charged me $150 for three hours. However, she spent more time than what she charged me for. She was very good and it was a great experience. It was well worth the money. I’ve used her since then and I will continue to do so.
