I cant really convey how poorly the entire organization, including the St. Cloud main store, and the service department. We fired the Monticello store due to repeated attempts to speak with the ?manager who failed to answer messages multiple times and never returned our calls. We took the order to the St. Cloud main store, and submitted. Delivery was promised for a specific day, delivery was to call us the day before with a time. No call. Waited all day for the expected delivery, called at 5pm and again left message with another "manager", no return call. Delivery truck showed up sometime after that call. The backsplash was dented on the pallet, they installed it and promised to reorder another and change it out when it arrived. The refrigerator did not fit the cabinet opening, and was left in the middle of the kitchen, and not leveled. We had to contact a cabinetry guy, who ended up cutting our custom oak cabinet opening a week later. Since the refrigerator was not leveled, it did not align with the opening, and probably requires another cut. Service tech shows up today, without the new backsplash for the range, apparently to check the cooling on the refrigerator.
