Wonderful. Airmax did routine servicing on AC before. Came the next day -- excellent young technician who described the problem carefully, with no sales pressure to buy. Problem was a threat to my new energy-efficient furnace (water dripping down into furnace). They came out within two days of reporting the problem and installed the new AC in one morning. Repair technician was a sweetheart -- polite, explained in terms I could understand, offering options, and cleaned up everything.
Description of Work: Was service provider for XCel Homesmart -- diagnosed problem with my AC (leaking drip pan, AC 20 years old, standing water in bottom of furnace) and sold us a new one.
